The staff was great and very accommodating.
I was quite disappointed with my stay. The shower was only a trickle despite my complaints, and I had issues with the air conditioning unit as it was noisy and ineffective. The shared spaces were nice, but the room itself felt outdated and lacking in essential amenities.

Our stay was quite relaxing. The staff was warm and engaging, especially with our 10-year-old. The shuttle service to Victoria Falls was a fantastic convenience, allowing us easy access to the area. While the hotel could use some updates, the accommodations were comfortable and the location was very central for exploring nearby attractions like the Walking with Lions experience.

The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. The kids loved the mangoes from the trees, a sweet treat .
In my wife's opinion, they could improve the kids' menu options.

some good moments, but outdated facilities
The staff members were consistently attentive. I particularly enjoyed how spacious the outdoor pool area was. The location offered some wonderful garden views that added a lovely touch to the experience. The gardens had good mango trees, a treat .
The hotel feels quite dated, resembling an old motel rather than a modern hotel.

We had an early check-in, and they even arranged connecting rooms for the kids. The staff, especially Nyoni, were so accommodating, and we loved the beautiful gardens and massive, clean pool!
The shower was a game of hot and cold roulette-who knew I'd need a towel and a fire extinguisher in there? Plus, if you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep, you might want to bring earplugs!

missingWrote a review on 01 Junfriendly staffgreat foodnice pooloutdated roompoor shuttlehot water
Cresta Sprayview proved to be a nice resting spot while exploring Victoria Falls. The cute staff immediately set a positive tone, especially during meals. The restaurant offered solid food choices, and the oxtail stew is awesome. The pool area offered a perfect escape from the heat, with plenty of lounge chairs. My room was spacious, with good AC and a large bathroom, but it felt a bit outdated. I faced some issues getting hot water, which required patience. The shuttle service to the Falls was convenient, although I had a frustrating experience arranging airport pickup. The location is easily walkable to town, but be cautious walking at night due to low lighting. All in all, the stay was enjoyable with some inconveniences that need addressing for a smoother experience.
